Scouts sign storm drains

On June 12, 2010, under the leadership of Life Scout, Ricky Adams, twenty volunteers helped place signage by over 240 storm drains in the Phantom Lake area. The round disk signs let residents know not to put hazardous materials down the storm drains. The project involved clearing the drain area of debris, and attaching the disks using industrial adhesive.
